Joseph (Sonny): Named after Esther's father, Joseph. Born in Ermelo, Transvaal, South Africa. Business interests took him to Bulawayo. There, in 1940, he joined the army and was sent to India. When he returned to Rhodesia in 1951, he married Ann Lazarus. They had 4 children; Michael, Dinah, Daniel & Marian. Died in Ra'anana, Israel on 28th Tishri (1999) aged 84 years.

Daniel: Born on March 11th. 1956 in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He married Sarah Beeton on February 24th. 1991 in London, England. They have 2 children; Gabrielle Hannah (born April 23rd 1994) and Benjamin Jacob (born November 22nd. 1996) both in London.
Marian: Born on December 18th. 1958 in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Married Ira Rose and have 1 son, Alex. Living in New Jersey, USA.
